Very professional service, fast responses from the owner, staff work effectively. Measurement and material sample consultation were also good. Staff installed rails and curtains beautifully, I absolutely satisfied with thier service!
Great interaction with the sales team. The measuring quotation was very speedy and the gentleman was friendly. The installation was great, once paid, the team installed the ceiling rails on a preferred date (of my choosing) and the installation team was very good. Very professional and the work and materials was quality. Would definitely recommend!
Great Service!! Team came and measured my curtains did perfect alterations and came back to install them in just afew days provided double rails for the sheer and blackout curtains, hooks and ties, delighted with them turned out better then I expected.
I ordered blinds from this company and they got all the measurements completely wrong, meaning the blinds did not fit my windows at all. I had already paid a deposit for the order. They were harassing me repeatedly to pay it, which I did on the same day. When they later came to my apartment and I saw that everything had been measured incorrectly, I immediately asked for a refund of my deposit. It has now been over a month, and they are refusing to refund me anything. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Poor service, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend staying away.
